The short version

The Private Note Taker app is designed so that your recordings, transcripts, and notes are processed and stored on your own device. The app does not upload your meeting content to us. This website collects only what you give us (a waitlist email) plus standard advertising analytics, described below.

What the app processes

Audio capture, speech-to-text, and AI summarization run locally on your computer. Your meeting content stays in files on your device. We do not have a server that receives, stores, or can access your recordings, transcripts, or notes.

What this website collects

• Waitlist email: if you join the waitlist, we store your email address (processed by Netlify Forms) and use it to contact you about early access and launch. No newsletters, no selling your address to anyone.
• Attribution data: the waitlist form records which page you landed on and standard campaign parameters (such as utm tags and ad click identifiers) so we know which ads work.
• Advertising cookies: we may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) measurement tags on this site. These set cookies to measure whether ads lead to signups. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the app.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry at any time by emailing ben@solarfunnels.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR and equivalent laws, including access, correction, and erasure.
