Early access program
Private Note Taker is currently in early access. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and creates no obligation on either side. Published pricing ($15/month or $249 lifetime) is the intended launch pricing; waitlist members will be offered launch pricing before any increase.
The software
When released, Private Note Taker is licensed, not sold. A lifetime license means a perpetual license to use the app, including updates we ship, for as long as we ship them. The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Your recordings, your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the recording-consent laws that apply to your conversations and jurisdiction. Many places require the consent of one or all participants before recording a conversation. Get consent.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solarfunnels Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
