If Private Notetaker isn't for you, email support@privatenotetaker.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hoops, no questions beyond "anything we could do better?".
Subscriptions
Cancelling stops future charges and your access runs to the end of the paid month. If you meant to cancel and got charged anyway, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
What happens after a refund
Your license key is deactivated. Everything you recorded stays on your machine. We couldn't delete it if we wanted to, and we wouldn't want to.
